I am looking for any type of education to offer patients in the waiting area to read that would discuss information regarding when patients should come to the ED or trying to explain the triage process of patients. Also, explaining prolonged wait times. I know some hospitals have videos, but I am having difficulty obtaining information. If you could point me in the right direction, I would appreciate it.
